The Space

• Living & Dining: A spacious farmhouse kitchen with a traditional range cooker forms the heart of the home, complemented by an elegant dining room for celebratory meals, a welcoming sitting room with an open fire, and a separate games room complete with a pool table and table tennis for guests of all ages.

• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Six comfortable bedrooms sleep up to fourteen guests, with four flexible zip-and-link rooms that can be arranged as either super-king doubles or twins on request. Four modern bathrooms ensure there is plenty of space for larger groups.

• Outside: Extensive gardens surround the farmhouse, with a patio, barbecue area and seating for enjoying long summer evenings overlooking the East Lothian countryside. A walled orchard offers additional outdoor space for games and family gatherings, while private parking is available for up to six cars.
