East Lothian's beautiful coastline, championship golf courses, castles and beaches are also close by, making Winton Cottage an ideal base for experiencing the very best of city, coast and countryside.

• Living & Dining: A well-equipped country kitchen with an adjoining dining area forms the heart of the home, complemented by a welcoming sitting room with an open fire, a separate formal dining room overlooking the gardens, and a dedicated games room complete with a pool table, table football and table tennis for guests of all ages.

• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Five comfortable bedrooms sleep up to twelve guests, with flexible zip-and-link beds in selected rooms allowing a choice of king-size or twin layouts. Two spacious family bathrooms and an additional en-suite provide plenty of space for larger groups.

• Outside: Surrounded by mature gardens, the cottage offers a peaceful outdoor seating area with a barbecue, perfect for long summer lunches or relaxed evenings after a day exploring the estate. Private parking for up to six cars is available on site.
