• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Four beautifully appointed bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, with flexible zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as kings or twins. Three luxurious bathrooms, including one with a freestanding roll-top bath, ensure plenty of space for families and groups.

• Outside: An enclosed wrap-around garden with patio, outdoor dining, barbecue, and a private wood-fired hot tub enjoys uninterrupted meadow views. Private parking, an electric vehicle charging point, and bike storage are also available.

All four bedrooms feature flexible zip-and-link beds and can be configured as either king-size doubles or twin rooms on request.

The farmhouse also features a private wood-fired hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the estate or the East Lothian coastline.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
